We are committed to transforming the lives of our people by focusing on four key pillars of social innovation: growth, health, happiness, and welfare. Our vision is to empower individuals and uplift the community by focusing on Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship (E3), Health, Healing, Happiness (H3), Livability, Lifestyle, Long-lasting (L3), and Society, Security, Stability (S3). Through these pillars, we aim to build Centres of Excellence (CoEs) that will serve as hubs for growth, health, welfare, and overall happiness.

E3: Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship to Growth

  • Focus: Empower individuals through education, create jobs, and foster entrepreneurship for sustained growth.
  • Our goal under E3 is to empower individuals by providing access to quality education, fostering an environment conducive to job creation, and nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit within our community. By focusing on these three interconnected areas, we will drive sustainable growth that directly benefits the people.

H3: Health, Healing, Happiness

  • Focus: Transition from sick care to preventive and holistic healthcare, improving overall health and happiness. We focus on 5 Ps of healthcare à Predictive, Preventive, Prescriptive, Promotive, and Participative healthcare.
  • Our approach to health and well-being is centred on the idea of transitioning from reactive sick care to proactive preventive care. We aim to create an ecosystem that ensures the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our people through holistic healthcare solutions.

L3: Livability, Lifestyle, Long-lasting

  • Focus: Build living infrastructure that fosters quality of life, comfort, and environmental sustainability.
  • We recognize that achieving a high quality of life requires investing in modern, sustainable infrastructure. Through the L3 pillar, we focus on enhancing livability and promoting healthy lifestyles by prioritizing improved public spaces, parks, roads, transportation, clean water systems, and sustainable waste management for a cleaner, greener living places

S3: Society, Security, Stability

  • Focus: Develop social infrastructure to promote community welfare, equity, and long-term stability.
  • A society thrives when its people feel safe, supported, and connected. Through the S3 pillar, we aim to develop a robust social infrastructure that ensures security, promotes equality, and fosters a stable environment. With public libraries, community centers, and recreational facilities, we will cultivate a culture of learning, leisure, and social interaction, while prioritizing cultural integration and religious harmony.

Centres of Excellence (CoEs) for E3, H3, L3, S3

  • To implement these pillars, we plan to establish dedicated Centres of Excellence (CoEs) for each area. These CoEs will serve as social innovation hubs, fostering new ideas, programs, and initiatives that drive growth, health, livability, and stability. By focusing on education, employment, health, and social welfare, we will create a thriving community that is equipped to face the challenges of the future and achieve sustainable growth, health, happiness, and welfare for all.
  • We leverage our own funds, CSR funds, government funds/schemes, NRI funds, and individual contributions to establish the Centres of Excellence and implement related initiatives.

Priorities

  • To begin with, we will focus on E3: Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship and H3: Health, Healing, Happiness Social Innovation Centres.
  • We will use Vijayawada West Constituency as an experimentation center for proof of concepts and pilots.
  • We will then extend these initiatives to the entire NTR District.
